Νέο συγκλονιστικό εύρημα στην Αμφίπολη!!! Το πρώτο σε τόσο μεγάλο μέγεθος ψηφιδωτό Μακεδονικού τάφου με τον Ερμή ψυχοπομπό να οδηγεί άρμα με αναβάτη είτε τον νεκρό του τάφου, κατά άλλους, τον Πλούτωνα!!! Επίσης βρέθηκε περίτεχνο ψηφιδωτό με διπλό μαίανδρο. New exciting, breath-taking discovery at Amphipolis!!! The first mosaic of such huge size ever found in a Macedonian grave!!! It depicts Hermes Psychopompos (the soul leader, the one who leads the Soul to Hades)!!! Some archaeologists and historians claim that the man on the chariot driven by Hermes is the dead of the tomb. Others, however, believe that this might be Pluto, the god of the underworld! also, there was found a beautiful mosaic of a double meander.
